Good solid and fairly clean hotel, unbeatable location near train station.
Came in Chicago to relax and have fun, this family-run hotel was great base for doing it. The staff was attentive, we had an early check-in. Our room had a comfortable bed and a great view.
We didn't like that there was WiFi connection missing, were a little disappointed.
The room was well-appointed and beautiful, the hotel was perfectly clean.

Top location, very attentive staff, savoury breakfast. Fine beds, complimentary Wi-Fi, 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO and terrace were a nice touch. I often visited an outdoor bar. Excellent service during my BEST stay.
Check-in was convenient, the service was courteous! The staff was easygoing and made it a relaxing stay. The breakfast was awesome, featured lots of meals. Commercial area, central location. Plus, you could explore a night club.

It is well-organised hotel, I liked its efficient rooms and cool staff. And next to - Magnificent Mile for shopping and great restaurants.
Better choose this place to stay when in Chicago. The hotel was hip new, had ideal staff and location. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including pastries, yogurt and bacon. The bedroom was separate and the bed was very really comfy. They made my stay fine!
Comfy location, great bar, courteous staff. Satisfactory breakfast, plenty of food and beverages. Within walking distance of the tidy beach. A neo - gothic skyscraper was also close to the hotel. Smooth check in & the service was personalised. Welcome drinks, complimentary wifi were a nice surprise.
Location was beautiful, and I liked absolutely perfect rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. The breakfast choice was so delicious with pastries, yogurt and bacon. Superb service throughout the hotel. It had free wifi throughout the property for luck. My experience at this appealing property was extra special.
Nice base for discovering Chicago. There was a coffee store restaurant just next door the venue.
It was worth its 4 stars. 20 mins walk to the center. Quartino, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel...
buffet breakfast met the criteria. the hotel was located a few steps away from magnificent mile and other tourist attractions.
We could have lunch in Weber Grill Restaurant set within 300 feet. 25 minutes drive to the airport❤
